1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and aa999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on aa999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits, balances, bets, winnings, or withdrawals. The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your playing balance.

aa999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on aa999 are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the platform and a confirmation has been displayed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to review your selections before confirming any bet.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments of a match or event. This is a normal operational measure and does not constitute a platform error.
• If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the relevant sport rules, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook.

For casino games, slots, fish games, and bingo, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). These systems are regularly tested to ensure fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for individual games is available within the game information section of each title. aa999 does not manipulate game outcomes, and no betting strategy or system can alter the underlying probability of any game outcome.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on aa999 and will result in enforcement action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the aa999 platform – including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and any other material – is the intellectual property of aa999 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the aa999 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aa999 shall not be liable for:

10 Account Suspension & Closure

aa999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you request closure for responsible gaming reasons, additional self-exclusion measures can be applied to prevent re-registration for a specified period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aa999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons at aa999's discretion, any verified balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. aa999 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to reactivate your account before any fees are applied.
